Written with both environmental managers and lawyers in mind, the Deskbook focuses on the natural resource damage provisions of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); the Oil Pollution Act; the Clean Water Act; the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act; and the National Park System Resource Protection Act.
