Angeles Murgier
Angeles Murgier is passionate about environmental protection and conservation and has more than 20 years of experience in environmental law issues in Argentina. After spending the last years leading the environmental practice of a major firm in Buenos Aires, Angeles recently joined Fundación Rewilding Argentina, a nonprofit organization seeking to prevent species extinction and reverse environmental degradation, with the goal of restoring the functionality of ecosystems and the well-being of surrounding communities. She serves on the Board of Advisors of The Ocean Foundation in Washington, DC. Angeles is the Immediate Past Chair of the Environment, Health and Safety Law Committee of the Section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law (SEERIL) of the International Bar Association and part of SEERIL Senior Leadership (Membership Officer).
