Kimberly A. Udovic
With thirty years of automotive industry legal experience, Kim Udovic leads the regulatory legal representation of Toyota’s affiliates in North America. Kim provides strategic advice on a broad range of environmental, health and safety regulatory and policy matters related to motor vehicles, manufacturing facilities, and transportation/logistics functions, as well as matters involving vehicle safety and quality, privacy and cybersecurity, and customs and trade. She is a member of TMNA’s Compliance and Risk Assessment Committees, its Sustainability Committee, and is Secretary/Member of the Vehicle and Enterprise Cybersecurity Committees.
Prior to assuming her current position at Toyota, Kim handled complex business litigation, including enforcement defense litigation, class actions, and patent litigation. She has a passion for vehicles and technology. Kim started her career as a litigator at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and worked in-house at Honda North America prior to joining Toyota. She received her law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and holds two degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
