Nicholas C. Yost

Created and headed the Environmental Section of the California Attorney General Office. As general counsel of CEQ in the Carter administration, he was lead draftsperson at the CEQ NEPA Regulations. In retirement, he continues to do pro-bono work to advance envrionmental impact assessment, particularly in China.
