Paul Chalmer

Paul Chalmer was program manager for environmental programs at the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences from 1991 through 2009 and oversaw the development of compliance assistance websites for several industrial sectors, as well as the state resource locators. Prior to that, he worked in research and development, production, and environmental issues for a manufacturer of microporous membranes. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
