Scott Drinkall

Scott Drinkall is a Ph.D. student at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University and an Associate with the Nexight Group. He has collaborated with ELI to support the development and application of a "migration with dignity” legal and policy framework. As part of this global effort, Drinkall has led two research projects in Oregon on the migration experience of Pacific Islanders. Previously, Drinkall advised political leaders on legislation concerning water, land, and ocean resources for the state of Hawai’i and served as the D.C. state coordinator for the 2019 National Geographic GeoBee.
