Shehla Chowdhury

Shehla is a senior at the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Political Science and Society & Environment. She is especially interested in the study of international environmental governance, environmental justice, and sustainable development in South and Southeast Asia. At ELI, Shehla has contributed to a wide range of projects including drafting working papers for INECE, conducting legal research for the Climate Judiciary Project, and assisting with the development of the ELI Innovation Lab. Following her graduation, she hopes to work in international environmental policy, focusing on issues of climate justice.
