ELI is pleased to co-sponsor this International Bar Association discussion on the findings and key recommendations of the IBA's ground-breaking report, Achieving Justice and Human Rights in an Era of Climate Disruption. The recommendations made by the report include: creation of a new international dispute resolution structure for climate change issues -- including a new specialist International Court on the Environment and integration of climate justice policies into World Trade Organization agreements.
