This program featured top government officials and private practitioners who examined recent developments in the Obama administration’s criminal environmental enforcement program including renewed focus on next generation enforcement, the worker safety initiative and new policies such as the “Yates” memo on individual corporate responsibility. The program also examined EPA’s year end statistics on environmental crimes prosecutions and discuss trends in EPA’s and DOJ’s enforcement of air, water and land disposal regulations.
