- WA state Dept of Ecology withdrew state's proposed Clean Air Rule following public comment, and announced plans to move forward with a revised rule
- CA released draft regs for local groundwater management plans that require use of climate change projections in long-term planning
- FEMA developed preliminary guidance on "Climate Resilient Mitigation Activities" that are eligible for funding under its Hazard Mitigation Assistance programs
