Back by popular demand, on March 1, 2006 the Environmental Law Institute (Washington, DC) and the Environmental Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York hosted the annual review of the year’s most significant NY judicial, regulatory, and administrative developments by leading practitioners and professors of environmental law.

Gerrard (Arnold & Porter), and Philip Weinberg (St. John’s University School of Law), covered the past year’s important developments in NY law and highlight emerging developments in eminent domain, greenhouse gas control, SEQRA, pollution control, hazardous waste and oil spill liability, brownfield redevelopment, and land use planning.
