This seminar addressed the year's most significant opportunities and changes to the Green Infrastructure landscape.
The program explored the effects of Superstorm Sandy and the lessons learned from demonstrated climate change. It also included panels on how to comply with EPA mandates much more cost effectively, on both a local and regional basis, using the Philadelphia Water Department Green Infrastructure model. In addition, it examined the use of P3s to fund water and sewer infrastructure and solve municipal budget deficits.
