Defining the Potential for NCCP

For the last four years the Nature Conservancy has been actively involved with the creation and development of the Natural Community Conservation Program in southern California. TNC became involved in the process because we saw the potential to provide enduring conservation and to improve the implementation of the Endangered Species Act.
