Everglades Plan Has Promise, Shortcomings

The largest and most expensive restoration plan to date, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Everglades restoration plan faces the challenge of returning a highly impacted natural area to historic hydrologic conditions located in one of the fastest growing regions of the country.
