Fix the Plumbing Too

They call the settlement of the Everglades lawsuit a "cleanup." It's a cop out. They called the filling of the lawsuit a "landmark." It's just another weary milepost on the same old, crooked road. They call the agreement a final resolution of the Everglades' water quality problems. But it just legitimizes the agricultural water pollution that is the cause of the problems.
