Partners for Wildlife in Jeopardy

Tucked near the end of a March news release on the National Performance Review, the Department of the Interior announced that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will devolve the Partners for Wildlife program, its private land restoration program, and "cease entering into cost-share agreements with private landowners to restore wildlife habitat."
