South Carolina Isolated Wetlands Update

I wrote an article for the January/February 2012 issue of the Newsletter on the surprise decision of the South Carolina Supreme Court (the Court) in the case of Georgetown Country League of Women Voters v. Smith Land Company, Inc. (Smith Land decision). The following piece serves as an update on the twists and turns related to wetlands policy that have occurred in South Carolina in the intervening year since that article was published.
