Wetlands Wish List

The Clinton Administration has a unique opportunity to take a fresh look at wetland regulation and work to reduce the polarization and gridlock that have characterized national wetlands regulatory policy over the last several years. However, improving federal wetlands protection efforts to both better protect wetlands and provide landowners with greater certainty, predictability, and flexibility will not be an easy task.
