Teresa Chan is a Senior Attorney at ELI, where she has worked on a variety of domestic and international environmental law and policy issues. This includes working for over seven years to support meaningful public participation in the restoration and recovery efforts in the Gulf of Mexico following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. She has also worked on issues related to climate adaptation and green infrastructure. Prior to joining ELI in 2009, Teresa worked as an associate in the New York office of Sidley Austin, and served as a law clerk for the judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto.
