(Washington) The Environmental Law Institute has announced that Doug Norris, Wetland Program Coordinator for Minnesota’s Department of Natural Resources, has received the 2013 National Wetlands Award for State, Tribal, and Local Program Development. Doug and six other award recipients were honored at a ceremony at the U.S. Botanic Garden in Washington, DC on May 9, 2013.
