The ELI Database of State IAQ Laws is a compilation of laws, updated annually, that reflects a wide range of state policy strategies to improve indoor air quality.
How is the Database Available? You can get information from the Database in two ways:

Database of State IAQ Laws: Updated annually, includes state laws that reflect a wide range of policy strategies to reduce risks from exposure to indoor pollutants. Documents available include the complete Database, as well as sub-documents listing laws addressing radon, mold, and IAQ in schools.
