Summary
In a previous article entitled, From Building Sandcastles to Building Wetlands, collaboration was discussed as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ (Corps’) regulatory program regarding mitigation banking and in-lieu fee (ILF) programs. While it may seem that collaboration would be as easy as sharing a bucket and shovel on the beach, as the task becomes more complex and more people are involved, collaborative success may depend on how well the team can work together.
