Plan Attempts to Resolve Environmental/Economic Conflict in Baltimore Harbor

Federal, state, and local agencies have joined forces to make both economic development and environmental improvement easier in the Baltimore Harbor. The Baltimore Harbor Environmental Enhancement Plan was initiated by the Regional Planning Council to speed up the fill permit process for the appropriate harbor uses and to assure that mitigation for those projects takes place in the Baltimore Harbor.
